We started AMSIOCULAR Ophthalmic to close a simple gap: eye surgeons deserve instruments manufactured with the same precision they operate with. Based in Lahore and incubated at UET's Technology Incubation Center, we bring an engineering discipline to a craft that is usually passed down by hand alone.
AMSIOCULAR Ophthalmic began inside UET Lahore's Technology Incubation Center — a setting that shaped how we work. Rather than treating instrument-making as pure metalwork, we approach every forceps, scissor and speculum as a small mechanical system: jaw alignment, spring tension, tip geometry and balance all have to agree with each other before an instrument earns its REF number.
That discipline is why surgeons who try an AMSIOCULAR instrument tend to reorder it by name rather than by category.
Surgical-grade stainless steel is forged and rough-shaped to the instrument's base geometry.
Tips, jaws and blades are hand-ground under magnification to their final working tolerance.
Instruments are mirror or satin finished, then passivated to resist repeated autoclaving.
Every single unit is opened, closed and tip-checked by hand before it is packed.
Our clients range from individual ophthalmic surgeons ordering a personal set to hospital procurement teams and international distributors stocking full catalogues. Whatever the order size, the same workshop and the same inspection process apply.
Whether it's a single set or a standing order for your hospital network, our team is ready to help.
